Whereas, the Customer wishes to engage Next Matter to provide the services specified in Section 4. Part of the performance of the Agreement is the processing of personal data. In particular, Art. 28 GDPR sets forth specific requirements for such commissioned data processing. To comply with these requirements, the parties conclude the following Agreement the performance of which shall not be paid for separately, except if expressly agreed.
