Each capitalized term used herein shall have the meaning assigned to it below or, if not defined herein, the meaning assigned to it in the applicable Senior Loan Document or Second Priority Debt Document. The meanings given to terms defined herein shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms.
