This Agreement to Use the Local Government Contract for Cash and Investment Manager Services is made and entered as of March 18, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of North Las Vegas, a Nevada municipal corporation (the “City”), and FHN Financial Main Street Advisors, LLC f/k/a FTN Financial Main Street Advisors, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Provider”; collectively, the City and the Provider will be referred to as the “Parties”).
