This Appendix E to Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Contract Number DIR‐TSO‐3923, referenced as Software License Agreement (“Agreement”), is in effect upon the Effective Date of DIR Contract Number DIR‐TSO‐ 3923. This Agreement is by and between TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 5101 Tennyson Parkway, Plano, Texas 75024 (“Tyler”) and Licensee. This Agreement is comprised of) (two) 2 different Sections: (1) Section A (License Terms and Conditions); and (2) Section B (General Terms and Conditions); The parties (Tyler and/or Licensee) are referred to herein individually as Party or collectively as Parties.
