This is an AGREEMENT for professional services to be provided to the Village of Elm Grove, a Wisconsin municipal corporation, (hereinafter “VILLAGE”), by the City of Brookfield (hereinafter “CITY”) collectively, the VILLAGE and the CITY shall be referred to as “PARTIES”.
