This Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of Friday, April 23, 2021 by and between Dauble, Miser, Worthington, LLC (“LLC”) and ____________________, (“CounterParty” and together with LLC, collectively “Parties” and each a “Party”) for the purpose of identifying and protecting the Confidential Information (as defined in Section 1 below) of each Party. The Party disclosing Confidential Information shall be deemed the “Disclosing Party.” The Party receiving Confidential Information shall be deemed the “Receiving Party.”
