This Professional Services Contract (“Contract”) is being entered into this 1st day of September 2019, by and between Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Southeast Wisconsin, Inc. and Columbia St. Mary’s, Inc., on behalf of themselves and their affiliates, subsidiaries of Ascension who provide health care services in Ascension Wisconsin service areas (individually or collectively, “Contractor”) and Milwaukee Board of School Directors (“MPS”).
