The term "employee" as used in this Agreement shall apply to all employees of the "Employer" employed at Road in the City of Toronto save and except Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse and Maintenance Employees, Foremen, Foreladies, persons above the rank of Foreman or Forelady, Designers, office staff and sales staff.
