The City has received an application from Cerner Properties, Inc. (Cerner), an existing North Kansas City company, for an economic development incentive authorized by Chapter 100 of Missouri Statutes. Cerner intends to build a new “Demonstration Center” facility on the North Kansas City campus for both existing and potential clients. Cerner intends to construct a 4 story, 125,000 square foot building.
