THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (this “Escrow Agreement”), dated as of 1, 2014, is by and between the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a county and political subdivision of the State of California organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “County”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as Prior Trustee (as defined herein) and as escrow bank (the “Escrow Bank”).
