With reference to your offer against above referred Tender Notice, the approval of the Director, IIT Ropar is hereby conveyed for entering into Annual Rate Contract for the supply of furniture items for a period of one year w.e.f. 08.02.2021 on the following terms and conditions in addition to the terms & conditions already mentioned in the tender document:-
