The following terms and conditions form an integral part of Premium Seating Contracts, and are fully incorporated into the Contract by reference. The Contract, together with these Terms and Conditions, are sometimes referred to as the “Agreement.” The following terms and conditions are applicable to TAF Foundation members (“Member”), who have made appropriate Contributions and acquired a limited right to purchase tickets in the following premium seating areas (“Venue”): Tiger Den Suites, Stadium Club West, Stadium Club South, Alex Box Tiger Terrace, Alex Box Suites and Pete Maravich Assembly Center Courtside Seating.
