By signing this agreement the vehicle owner agrees to allow the person and/or company stated below to redeem the above referenced vehicle. The vehicle owner agrees to and acknowledges the following terms herein by signing this agreement. The vehicle owner acknowledges that NCR Towing and Recovery, LLC is not responsible for the vehicle once released. The vehicle owner agrees to hold harmless NCR Towing and Recovery, LLC from any and all legal action pertaining to the release of the vehicle stated herein. The vehicle owner further acknowledges and agrees that vehicle owners are responsible for All Impound Fees, Storage Fees, Administration Fees, and any other fees that may apply, signing this agreement does not in any way release the vehicle owner from that responsibility.
