This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Dallas Independent School District, the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, the Cedar Hill Independent School District, the DeSoto Independent School District, the Irving Independent School District, and the Richardson Independent School District, each a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting by and through their respective signature authorities, pursuant to and under authority of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code and Chapter 271 of the Texas Local Government Code, for the purpose of ensuring the continued maintenance and repair of certain bus radio equipment for the benefit of each school district. The undersigned school districts may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
