This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you, the individual user of the MyIrving Mobile Application (“you”) and Irving Oil Terminals Inc. (for US residents) or Irving Oil Limited (for Canadian residents) (collectively, “Irving Oil”). This EULA governs your use of the MyIrving Mobile Application (the “Application”).
