This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, ("Agreement") is entered into by and among Weaver, hereinafter referred to as "Industry Partner", an accounting firm organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 2300 N Field St Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75201; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as "Dallas ISO", a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as "Dallas College" or "College", a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 1601 Botham Jean, Blvd., Dallas, TX 75215 (each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as "P-TECH", model at 2355 Duncanville Rd, Dallas, TX 75211 (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").
