North Ogden City Corporation, a Utah municipal corporation, Grantor, does hereby grant and convey to QUESTAR GAS COMPANY, a Utah corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, a temporary right-of-way and easement (“Easement”), for the staging and construction of a high pressure natural gas pipeline and Grantee’s natural gas regulator station (the “Project”), said Easement being situated in the County of Weber, State of Utah, and depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
