This Agreement, entered into this day of , 2009 by and between the City of El Paso, a municipal corporation situated in El Paso County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as “the City,” and Texas AgriLife Extension Service, a statewide educational agency and member of The Texas A & M University System, hereinafter referred to as “Extension,”
