This Click-Through Software and Services License Agreement (including the Schedules below, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, any addendums and any applicable company policies referenced therein, as in effect from time to time, collectively and in their entirety, this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions upon which Company (“STEM-Away Inc.”) grants to you as licensee (“Licensee” or “you”) a license to use certain software, computer programs, business processes, integrated services and documentation more particularly described in Schedule A below.
