This Evaluation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of #[EFFECTIVE_DATE]# (the “Effective Date”) by and between PAIGE.AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 11 Times Square, 37th Floor, New York 10036 (“Paige”) and #[CUSTOMER_NAME]# (“Customer”), with a mailing address at #[CUSTOMER_ADDRESS]#.
