(“MSCI”) and BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. (formerly known as Barclays Global Investors, N.A.) (“Licensee”), as previously amended. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed in the Agreement.
