These terms and conditions together with any quotation, order (including on-line or web-based orders), proposal, or contract to which these terms are attached or in which these terms are referred, together make up a legally binding agreement (Agreement) between: Stoke Consulting Pty Ltd ACN 603 476 848 (Stoke Consulting) AND the person(s) or company named as the purchaser (Purchaser) in the attached or previously signed or submitted quotation, order, proposal or contract AND if the Purchaser is a corporation, the directors of the Purchaser who have signed or otherwise agreed to this Agreement (Guarantor/s). For the purposes of this Agreement, any reference to “Stoke Consulting” includes Stoke Consulting’s employees, contractors, consultants and agents who are engaged by Stoke Consulting.
