THIS AGREEMENT is effective July 1, 2023, between the CITY OF GRASS VALLEY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” and the COUNTY OF NEVADA, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “NEVADA COUNTY.” CITY and NEVADA COUNTY may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
