The Client requires a Multi- Disciplinary Consultant Team to to support its proposal to develop a housing scheme for over 55’s in line with HAPPI principles on Calcutta Roadin accordance with the details set out in the Specification of Works in Annex C (“the Project”). ’The Contract Area’ is Calcutta Road, Tilbury with the details set out or referred to in the Annex C.
