This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is incorporated into and forms a part of the agreement between Artefact Product Group LLC dba 10,000ft ("10KFT") and the undersigned customer below (“Customer”) that governs Customer’s use of the Subscription Service (as defined below) ("Agreement"). Except as modified below, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
