The undersigned, being the “Licensee” under the CSS License Agreement, dated as of between DVD Copy Control Association, Inc., a Delaware nonprofit corporation (“Licensor”) (the “License Agreement”), hereby acknowledges that it will comply with the following program of consumer notification with respect to CSS Recordable DVDs, Manufacture-on- Demand, and Electronic Sell-Through under the CSS Managed Recording Amendment to the CSS Specifications (the “Managed Recording Amendment”) as set forth below.
