Clarity Fiber’s (“Clarity”) mission is to deliver superior, fiber-based broadband services to small cities and rural communities and the Town of Dryden’s (the “Town”) mission is to support the well-being of its citizens. Clarity and the Town agree to enter into the following agreement extend Clarity’s fiber optic network and providing Gigabit Internet to the Town residents along the network path described in this MOU and providing the Town with dark fiber to enhance its own communications.
