Gruber and Associates, Inc. dba Gruber and Associates, having a place of business at 15149 Springdale St., Huntington Beach, CA 92649-1154 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), and the County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA) a political subdivision of the State of California, with a place of business at 888 N. Main St., Santa Ana, CA 92701 (hereinafter referred to as “County”) which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
