This is an Embedded Base Temporary Rider (the “Embedded Base Rider”) to the Interconnection Agreement by and between one or more of the AT&T Communications Inc. owned ILECs: Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois (“AT&T” or “AT&T ILEC”) and CLEC (collectively referred to as “the Parties”) (“Agreement”) previously entered into by and between the Parties pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”).
