The City of Surprise ("Surprise") and the Dysart Unified School District No. 89 ("District") enter into this Agreement for placement of certain School Resource Officer ("SROs") in the Dysart Unified School District High Schools, Middle Schools, and select Elementary Schools ("Agreement").
