This purchase contract (“Agreement”) documents a purchase made by Boone County School District (KY) (“Customer”) from Imagine Learning, Inc. (“Company”). In exchange for the consideration described on #160029 (a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A"), and subject to the terms (including product information, license numbers, payment amounts, payment deadlines, and rates for future years if applicable) listed thereon, Company will provide Customer access to the named education software products.
