The parties entered into a SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT on the date specified in Schedule 1 BETWEEN the party named in Schedule 1 as the Principal and the party named in Schedule 1 as the Service Provider. The parties now wish to amend and restate the terms of that agreement as set out herein.
