This CrossFit Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 4, 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between CrossFit, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1250 Connecticut Ave. N.W., Suite 200, Washington D.C. 20036 (“CrossFit”); and Nickolas Wilder with his or her principal place of business at 10951 SW 25th ST., Davie FL 33324 (“Affiliate”).
