It is our understanding that we will be responsible for issuing the following reports: an independent auditor’s report on the fair presentation of the District’s basic financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America; an independent auditor’s report on internal control over financial reporting and on compliance and other matters based on an audit of financial statements performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards; a summary schedule of findings and questioned costs; an in-relation-to report and notes on the schedule of expenditures of federal financial assistance in accordance with all requirements of the Uniform Guidance (which will include a follow up on prior audit findings where required); an independent auditor’s report on compliance with requirements that could have a direct and material effect on each major program and on internal control over compliance in accordance with Uniform Guidance; Statement
