This Contract is being entered into this 1st day of June, 2016, by and between Illinois Central School Bus, LLC DBA Wisconsin Central School Bus (“Contractor”) and the Milwaukee Board of School Directors (“MPS”), a school district organized and operating pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes. Contractor shall further be held to the “General Specifications and Operating Procedures, 2015 - 2016 School Year, amended December 1, 2015”, (the “Specifications”), attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated by reference.
