In consideration forbeing permitted to participate in the 2018 Wisconsin Playmakers Ball til you Fall Tournament (the “Event”) conducted by Wisconsin Saints which is registered as a Wisconsin limited liability company d/b/a Wisconsin Playmakers (the “Company”), the undersigned player, and if the player is under the age of 18 years, his/her parent/guardian, acknowledges, agrees and represents that ifhe/she believes that any unsafe condition exists, he/she will immediately advise an Event official of such condition and will refuse to participate until such condition is corrected.
