This Easement Restoration Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between the City of Bozeman, a self-governing municipality operating pursuant to its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771 (the “City”) and Headwaters Community Housing Trust, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 12013, Bozeman MT 59719 (hereinafter “HCHT” and together with the City the “Parties”). As used in this Agreement, “HCHT” includes HCHT, its employees, agents, invitees, guests, contractors or subcontractors.
