This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of August 31, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Digital Turbine, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Barrett Garrison (the “Executive”). Executive’s employment shall commence on September 12, 2016 (the “Start Date”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company and the Executive agree as follows:
