This Roadway Improvement Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between SPARKS LEGENDS OUTLET SHOPS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Legends”) and the CITY OF SPARKS (“City”), a political subdivision of the State of Nevada. Legends and the City are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
