This Financial Services Agreement, (the Agreement) is entered into on April 30, 2021 by and between Linn-Mar Community School District, Iowa (the “Client” or the “Client”) and Piper Sandler & Co. (“Piper Sandler” or the “Financial Services Provider”). This Agreement will serve as our mutual agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of our engagement as your financial services provider, effective on the date this Agreement is executed (the Effective Date).
