THIS LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") is made this day of March, 2019, between BEECH STREET FACTORY, LP, 341 Beech Street, Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”) and THE BURGESS AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF POTTSTOWN , 100 E. High Street, Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”).
