This Joint Stipulation of Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Eric Maar and Lindiane Wess (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the collective of individuals that they seek to represent (collectively with Named Plaintiffs, “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant Beall’s, Inc.
