THIS LEASE, made this day «Report_Date», whereby FAIRFAX STATION ENTERPRISES, LLC, Agent for the owner of COURTYARD APARTMENTS, hereinafter referred to as Management, does hereby lease unto «residents_singleline», hereinafter referred to as Resident, the premises known as «Address_1», Baltimore, MD 21239, hereinafter referred to as the "Premises", for a period commencing on the later of «Lease_Start_Date» or the date Management tenders possession of the Premises to Resident, and ending on «Lease_End_Date» at an annual rental amount of DOLLARS ($«Rent_Next_Yearly_Amount») payable in equal monthly installments of DOLLARS ($«Rent_Next_Amount_Numeric») in advance, without notice, deduction, setoff, or demand, on the first day of each month.
