DISCOVERY RIDGE RESERVATION AGREEMENT AND RECEIPT OF DEPOSITReservation Agreement • January 30th, 2019 • Utah
Park City Title Company hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) (“Deposit”) from the undersigned prospective purchaser (“Buyer”), which funds shall be deposited with Nari Trotter at Park City Title Company, 1670 Bonanza Dr, Park City, UT 84060, and will be held, applied or refunded as provided in this Discovery Ridge Reservation Agreement and Receipt of Deposit (“Agreement”). The Deposit shall remain fully refundable to Buyer until the Deposit is applied toward an executed Real Estate Purchase Contract (“REPC”) for the purchase of the Property identified below. Buyer or Seller may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to executing a REPC by providing the other party with written notice of cancellation. The Deposit will be refunded to Buyer within twenty (20) business days after such written notice of cancellation is sent Seller by cancelling party.
