All education providers and student placement providers should obtain their own independent legal advice on the suitability of terms of the agreement. All parties should also obtain independent advice on the suitability of the insurance provisions in the agreement and whether the form of the agreement satisfies your insurer’s requirements for your particular policies (for example personal accident cover for students).
