This Mobile Deposit Capture Service End User Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the Mobile Deposit Capture Service that Transcend Credit Union may provide to you. The words “we,” “us,” “our” and “Credit Union” mean Transcend Credit Union. The words “you” or “your” mean each and all those who use the Mobile Deposit Capture Service. The word “account” means any one or more eligible deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union.
