IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement for the Adaptive BC Solutions Tool Suite (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between the organization or person (referred to as “you”, “your”, “yours”) in possession of a spread sheet or using The Readiness Test, Household Continuity, Adaptive Business Continuity, Coronavirus Planning System, Adaptive BC Toolkit, ISO22301 Compliance Manager, Ganbatte! BC System, or any other assessment tool made available at www.AdaptiveBCS.com or any other website operated by Adaptive BC Solutions (with the Content each a “Readiness Tool” and together the “Readiness Tool Suite”), and Adaptive BC Solutions, LLC (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”, “Company”, or “Adaptive BC Solutions”).
