I, the undersigned, parent or guardian of (Name of Child/Youth) a minor under eighteen (18) years of age, expressly accept and agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, collectively, the “Release Agreement”) in consideration for my child’s volunteer participation in the student organization "CUAUV" at Cornell University on December 7th 2024. Your child will participate in academic hands-on engineering activities.
