THIS REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective the day of , 2024, by and between the Town of Berthoud, Colorado (the "Town"), Heron Lakes Investments, LLC (the “Developer”) and the Berthoud-Heritage Metropolitan District Nos. 1- 17, quasi-municipal corporations and political subdivisions of the State of Colorado (collectively, the “District”) (the District, Developer its heirs, affiliates, successors and assigns are collectively referred to herein as the “Licensees” and with the Town as the “Parties”.)
