This Application and Contract for Sponsorship (the “Contract”) is by and between RStudio, Inc. (“RStudio”) and the sponsor (“you” or “Company” or “Sponsor”) named in the application attached hereto (the “Application”) and is effective as of the date the Contract is accepted by RStudio. Upon RStudio’s acceptance of the Contract, RStudio will send confirmation of your sponsorship of RStudio’s rstudio::conf 2018 (the “Conference”).
